    The reduction box body is also called a reducer or a reducer.     1. Confirm whether the reducer body is intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of each part connected between the motor and the reducer body match. Here are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the positioning boss, input shaft and reducer body groove of the motor.

    2. Unscrew the screw on the dust hole outside the flange of the reduction gearbox body, adjust the clamping ring to align the side hole with the dust hole, insert the inner hexagon and tighten it. After that, take away the motor shaft key.

    3. Connect the motor with the reducer body naturally. During connection, the concentricity of the output shaft of the reduction gearbox body and the input shaft of the motor must be consistent, and the outer flanges of the two must be parallel. If the concentricity is inconsistent, it will cause the motor shaft to break or the gear of the reduction box body to wear.
