Agricultural machinery castings can be classified in many forms:

Therefore, in recent years, the research on the billet or rectangular billet mold is very extensive.

In the prior art, agricultural machinery castings usually require special treatment of the mold, and by changing the shape or heat treatment method, the uniformity of the blank is increased, and the cost is increased, but the uniformity effect of the round mold or the elliptical mold on the blank cooling cannot be achieved. However, in the process of continuous casting of round billets, due to its shape, it is inconvenient to transport in the subsequent cooling bed or heating furnace.
